The innovation manager
- will seek to enhance our company's performance, where she/he provides the basis for the development of the innovation strategy.
- will manage all process steps and tasks and is responsible for achieving the objectives.
- will approach the idea collection and takes care of the strategic orientation of innovation management. This involves an analysis of the opportunities, risks, strengths and weaknesses.
- will join a diverse regional team that their aim is to bring the future to the present.

- will seek and develop ideas and handle innovation projects.
- she/he is the creative person, the inventor or the project manager.

- drive collaboration and vision across the enterprise to align with the digital transformation team's priorities and execution.
- oversee multiple projects and escalate resources, ensuring deadlines are met and team members are set up for success by setting clear, measurable goals.
- able to drive digital transformation and constantly assess changes in technology and operational processes.
- associate closely with the various operational directors and managers, as well as the different areas of the company, to offer high quality solutions.
- ability to conceptualize the needs of operations and translate them into specific implementation strategies.
- implement and manage the digitalization roadmap, from ideation, through conceptualization, to completion, both in the short and long term.
