about the opportunity
our corporate finance & restructuring organization provides strategic, operational, financial, and capital solutions to clients across various industries. Our team focuses on the full spectrum of financial and transactional opportunities faced by corporations, boards, private equity sponsors, creditor constituencies, and other stakeholders.
we help clients throughout the entire life cycle, bringing industry and deal expertise to conduct due diligence, integrate, value, and provide key communications around all aspects of the transaction. Our services include competitive advice and support, evaluating risk/return considerations in all stages of the deal continuum.
key responsibilities:
1. collaborate with clients and internal project teams across the entire deal life cycle.
2. use strategic style, cross-functional expertise, and deal skills to provide financial and accounting related consulting services in the corporate finance practice areas.
3. prepare, review, and evaluate historical and pro forma financial information to assess trends and fluctuations that may impact cash flow and deal valuation.
4. perform industry and company research and assist in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties.
5. support and direct communication with clients and staff members on engagements, while updating senior team members on progress and issues.
6. network and build internal relationships with members of the transaction team and other service areas.

* inventory costing and bill of materials
growth opportunities:
this role offers an excellent opportunity to enhance and expand your transactions and buy and sell-side deals experiences, project management and delivery, and leadership experience. You will work closely with our internal teams and diverse clients across various industries to continue to grow in new and complex areas and technologies.
required qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in accounting and/or finance
* experience with the financial due diligence process and financial modeling
* professional experience in a transactions organization or related is preferred
* cpa certification, or in-process of obtaining a cpa or other qualified credential
* 1 years of relevant experience in a consulting or professional services firm
* client or industry experience in at least 1 of the following: manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, technology, media, or energy
* technical accounting acumen; with a detailed knowledge of gaap and sec requirements
* advanced problem-solving and issue resolution skills
* the ability to conduct detailed research on products, markets, competitors, and customers to identify risks and opportunities
* professional verbal and written communications; including report writing
* comfort with qualitative and quantitative aspects of business problems; with the ability to link business strategy to performance and due diligence findings
* ability to interface with team members and client personnel in demanding, deadline-driven situations
* ability and willingness to learn and adapt in an ever-changing environment to meet client needs
* experience within a transaction advisory practice is a plus
* ability to travel up to 25-40%
