Strategic account manager position
we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a strategic account manager. This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans aligned with business objectives to drive growth and success within key accounts.
key responsibilities:
* client relationship management: build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact for all their needs and inquiries.
* revenue growth: identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding product or service offerings to drive revenue growth within key accounts.
* strategic planning: facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and key clients to ensure seamless delivery of products or services.
requirements:
* 3 years of working experience in sales or related fields.
* hvac sales experience.
* bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related degree.
the ideal candidate should possess analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and draw insights from market research and account performance metrics.
a strong understanding of air conditioning systems, including their components, operation, and maintenance, is also essential. Proficiency in using software tools specifically designed for variable refrigerant flow (vrf) system selection and intermediate excel skills are required.
