main responsibilities:
* staff administration: review and control the organizational structure and labor costs through workforce control, organizational charts, job descriptions, and performance evaluations.
* payroll management: manage payroll, including supervision and compliance with imss, idse, and other legal obligations associated with payroll.
* compensation & benefits: execute compensation and benefits policies, evaluating salary structures to maintain competitiveness in the market.
* labor relations: manage labor separations, review collective contracts, negotiate ccts, and ensure compliance with regulations related to sat, imss, sar, stps, infonavit, and lft.
* training: create and plan training programs, behavior modification programs, and organizational climate initiatives according to needs.
requirements:
* knowledge of current labor regulations and experience in human resources processes.
* skills in union relations management, repse procedures, and procedures before stps.
