essential skills:
* 1-3 years of experience in customer support or back-office roles.
* experience in high-volume support (chat, calls, or email).
* background in trading platforms, payments, or kyc procedures.
* problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills.
* able to multitask in a shift-based/24/5 setup.
* previous experience in fx brokers or crypto exchanges is highly valued.
nice-to-have qualifications:
* familiarity with crm/ticketing tools (zendesk, intercom).
