This role will work with a team, focused on project management, process improvement, operations, and business analysis.
what you'll do
* verify scope and stakeholder involvement during program intake and build requirements gathering plan
* submit business requirements and business and development teams and draft test plans with engineering teams
* communicate effectively across multiple teams and levels
* trace back requirements to ensure all objectives have been met
* create and/or deliver status reports of business requirements on an ongoing basis
* collaborate closely with program/delivery leaders and technical teams to support project deliverables
what you'll bring
* excellent communication skills in english, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with various stakeholders.
* ability to actively participate in workshops, interviews, and working sessions to identify and understand current gaps, needs, and requirements, and document findings clearly and effectively.
* contribute to creating and updating user guides and documentation for aem & salsify to support knowledge sharing and enablement.
* ability to work effectively on multiple assignments activities or projects in fast-paced environment.
* proven track record of managing and delivering business requirements on time and within scope.
* e-commerce experience preferred
* process mapping experience preferred: familiarity with process design tools (e.g., lucidchart) to help visually map and optimize processes across people, process, and technology dimensions.
