As an expert you will bring deep technical mastery of the process and equipment and will lead the planning, process development and implementation of planned maintenance elements in a continuous improvement manufacturing environment. You will manage this through teams of technical and non‑technical personnel, key support contractors and operations staff.
How you will contribute
partner & enable the line leader(s) to deliver the sqcdsm targets—safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability & morale—for the lines, ensuring process stability; participate in the dms‑daily management system meetings at the shift and line level.
Own the technology, process and centerline settings for the equipment; maintain deep technical mastery and own the pm‑progressive maintenance systems and kpis for the line(s) and centerline management systems; manage the r&m‑repairs & maintenance budget of the line.
Develop, own and execute line(s) preventive and time‑based maintenance systems and plans, building the team's capability; spend at least 50% of time building technical and maintenance skills of technicians; lead pm systems and work processes at the line level and some at the department level.
Partner with the asset and reliability team for system improvement and execution of special maintenance tasks; be responsible for change management on the line(s), localization of spares, breakdown analysis and r&m cost reduction; represent the department/line(s) as the site technology owner in regional and global technology forums.
Assist in vsu for new initiatives, enable the vsu team, help the line leader with internal and external benchmarking and reapplication; be subject‑matter expert on a component category and train pm‑related subjects for the plant.
What you will bring
advanced knowledge and skill to maintain the dedicated equipment(s) independently, including execution of am & pm (bd‑breakdown maintenance, planned maintenance) standards and tpm – phase 3 & 4 problem‑solving tools.
Capability to lead a line role, qualify and coach swp owners, and drive common opportunity areas across the line using pdca.
Capability to act as the line leader, develop and align the line’s master plan, deploy and manage idp for members, and coach team members on performance management and career development.
Acerca de la posición
6–8 años de experiencia trabajando en planta dentro de empresas de consumo masivo, manufactura o afín.
Liderazgo y desarrollo de personal en roles administrativos y personal sindicalizado.
Construcción de estrategias sólidas en el área de mantenimiento.
Conocimiento avanzado y aplicado de herramientas de problem solving enfocadas en tpm (rca, ishikawa, etc.).
Conocimiento avanzado en metodología tpm y enfoque en cambios de fase.
Conocimiento avanzado en módulo pm de sap.
Gestión de refacciones y presupuesto (contrato anual).
Fuerte influencia con equipo y stakeholders (servant leadership).
Conocimiento avanzado en process safety management (psm) y manejo de riesgos en planta.
Conocimientos en quality process: haccp y food safety.
Educación / certificaciones
carrera terminada en ingeniería industrial, manufactura, mecánica o afín.
Inglés intermedio.
Contrato
el contrato es temporal por obra determinada con fecha de término del 31/10/2026. No se ofrece apoyo de reubicación.
