the manufacturing integration supervisor is responsible for fostering the growth and development of the mie team to deliver competitive manufacturing strategies and processes to our production operations.
Duties & responsibilities:

- occasional travel domestically and internationally (10%) due to current visa and passport is mandatory.
*education*:
bachelor's degree in technology-related fields or equivalent skills through alternative routes.
Work experience:
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering and new product/process development.
- strong background in manufacturing with knowledge of:
- assembly and manufacturing processes (manual and automated)
- tooling and equipment development
- process flow & pfmea
- lean manufacturing
- quality and quality management systems
- strong project management, organizational, communication, analytical, and people skills.
- experience leading and managing effectively under pressure, with the ability to have an impact without authority.
Skills & abilities:
- proficient in written and oral english must
- knowledge of connector manufacturing processes: molding, stamping, plating, and assembly.
- strong desire to develop and mentor others.
- ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
- ability to analyze business/project needs and assign appropriate support resources.
- strong knowledge of problem-solving tools, including:
