*hr generalist*
*what you’ll do*:
- partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- guarantee policy compliance and regulations.
- responsible for the preparation, interpretation, and monitoring of different human resources statistical reports.
- actively collaborate, prepare, and implement following up on training and development programs.
- monitoring performance assessments. Strategy analize market data (turnover, absenteeism etc.).
*what is required*:
- bachelor's degree in administration, psychology or similar
- minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources field
- knowledge of legal requirements, mexican labor law, union and legal compliance, wellness programs, payroll regulations
- experience in planning events and motivational programs is a plus
- english skills will be required for this role
