Sales manager – risk mitigation is a senior, customer‑facing role responsible for preparing commercial proposals and bids, leading contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with contractual commitments. This role leads the development and execution of business plans for specific products or product lines, with a strong focus on assessing and balancing commercial risk and reward.by managing complex sales processes and partnering closely with technical, legal, and commercial stakeholders, the sr. Sales manager – risk mitigation plays a critical role in securing profitable growth while effectively managing contractual, technical, and financial risks.as a sr. Sales manager – risk mitigation, you will be responsible for:preparing and leading proposals and bids, including contract negotiation and compliance with contractual commitmentsvalidating the risk and reward balance of commercial opportunities, considering terms and conditions, technical risk, margin, payment security, and overall exposuremanaging sales engagements that require deep technical knowledge of products, systems, and their operating environmentsconducting technical, commercial, and financial analysis to adapt sales strategies to specific customer conditionsleading complex sales processes involving multiple internal and external stakeholdersdeveloping proposals that integrate technical, economic, logistical, and financial elementsserving as the primary commercial interface for key and strategic customers within the assigned product linecollaborating closely with technical, legal, finance, and commercial teams to address customer requirements and local conditionssupporting and delivering medium‑sized sales opportunities within the assigned country or large geographic territoryto be successful in this role, you will:hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or collegehave a minimum of 5 years of experience in risk mitigation within a sales or commercial environmentdemonstrate strong experience in contract management, commercial negotiations, and risk assessmentbe capable of managing country‑level accounts or large territories with complex stakeholder environmentsdesired characteristicsstrong oral and written communication skillswell‑developed interpersonal and leadership abilitiesdemonstrated ability to analyze complex issues and resolve problems effectivelyproven experience leading programs, projects, or complex commercial initiativesability to document, plan, market, and execute business strategiesestablished project management and organizational skillswork in a way that works for youwe recognize that flexibility enables high performance.
