qualifications
here's what you will need: (5+ years of experience)
* react next.js development expertise: strong proficiency in react next.js to oversee the design, development, and maintenance of web applications.
* azure devops skills: experience implementing and managing ci/cd pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and integration processes.
* project management: ability to manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to meet business goals.
* cross-team collaboration: foster collaboration across teams, including qa, product management, and operations.
* team leadership: manage and guide a growing team of junior developers, providing mentorship and fostering skill development.
* agile/scrum expertise: strong understanding of agile/scrum methodologies and ability to apply them effectively.
* problem-solving: excellent debugging/troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.
* version control and git: advanced skills in git, including expertise in branching strategies, repository structuring, and best practices.
