🔹Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3 pm
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily reporting activities to keep the team informed of purchasing metrics.
- Prepare and send purchase orders, ensuring budget and delivery timelines
- Assist buyers in data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Participate in digitalization projects to streamline purchasing processes.
- Create visual aids for internal users of the digital platform to enhance understanding and usability.
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to develop strategies for improving efficiency and reducing costs.
- Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities to advance your skills in supply chain management.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and communication
Required Skills:
- Pursuing a degree related to the position (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Administration).
- More than one year remaining until graduation.
- Proficiency in conversational English.
- Strong interest in developing a career in supply chain management.
