Job description
responsible for employing an educational and consultative sales approach to influence physicians and staff to purchase and utilize the spark product line. Responsibilities included regularly meeting with the assigned group of orthodontists and orthodontic staff to promote products and services. Conducted outreach in the assigned territory to call existing and potential clients to increase product usage or qualify them as prospective customers. Managed the sales funnel process by overseeing opportunities for new and existing clients, ensuring full adherence to company policies, compliance, and daily operations.
Job requirements
provide in-depth training, education, onboarding, and technical support to clients using spark tools and products
identify and develop key accounts that influence spark brand performance
ensure back‑office clinical support throughout the onboarding, submission, and approval process for clinical cases
establish communication with the clinical supervision and support team
identify, prospect, and ensure the migration of influential competitor accounts from diamond to emerald status
ensure the implementation of a personalized onboarding plan for each prospective client and shorten the process to one week with successful case submission
support the onboarding process led by key opinion leaders (kols), offering strategic solutions for prospects participating in each clinical training session
provide prompt responses and resolutions to client requests
act as a technical expert for ormco's digital portfolio (spark) within the region
providing training and support to clients (dentists and/or brand distributors) as well as the ormco field team as needed regarding this portfolio of digital solutions
providing prompt response and resolution to client requests
meeting/exceeding assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas
visiting existing clients and prospecting new clients through strong sales process execution: prospecting, account development, and closing sales opportunities
reporting sales information and business visits to the company's crm system for performance management
solving complex problems
adopting a fresh perspective on existing solutions
exercising judgment based on the analysis of multiple information sources
promoting support, instruction, guidance, and direction to other clinical sales specialists
strong execution of sales processes: prospecting, account development, and closing sales opportunities
participate in events, trade shows, conferences, and demonstrations to enhance sales performance, resulting in increased sales and brand visibility
ensure all business clients are aware of envista's sales policy
other duties may be assigned
bachelor's degree in business administration with prior experience working in the field with orthodontists or a background as a dentist and sales experience
advanced understanding and use of aligner software
sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably dental
advanced proficiency in microsoft office
knowledge of crm systems
