- _load signed contracts into the sap system, ensuring all terms and_
- conditions previously negotiated by the account owner are accurately entered._
- _review contract documentation for completeness and correctness prior to_
- system entry._
- _maintain a schedule for annual price escalation updates and implement_
- these changes in sap as specified in each contract._
- _collaborate with the account owner, pricing, contract manager and other_
- internal stakeholders to clarify contractual terms and resolve any_
- administrative issues related to contract loading._
- _monitor contract lifecycle milestones in sap to ensure ongoing_
- compliance and timely updates._
- _generate regular reports on contract status, escalations, and compliance_
- metrics from sap for management review._
- _serve as the point of contact for internal teams regarding contract_
- administration questions post-signature._
- support audit activities by providing accurate contract records and documentation as required_
experiência y requisitos
- _bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, finance, or_
- related field preferred._
- _minimum of 3 years’ experience in contract administration or related_
- role, with demonstrable experience working with sap._
- _strong attention to detail and organizational skills._
- _excellent written and verbal communication skills._

- _proficiency in excel and sap contract management modules._
