We are looking for a *bilingual business developer junior* to drive commercial growth and build long-term partnerships with key clients.
*what you’ll do*:
- identify and develop new business opportunities in logistics and distribution.
- support the commercial team in designing and presenting high-impact proposals.
- conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- participate in negotiations with potential and existing clients, including senior executives.
- assist in project management and post-sales follow-up.
*what we’re looking for*:
- minimum 3 years of experience in commercial roles within the logistics sector (preferably 3pl).
- proven experience selling high-volume logistics solutions.
- strong negotiation skills at managerial or executive level.
- results-driven, analytical thinker with a proactive attitude.
- excellent communication skills in both english and spanish (advanced level required).
- ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
*requirements*:
- bachelor’s degree in business, administration, logistics, or related fields (students or recent graduates welcome).
- advanced english (professional and negotiation level).
