At globant gut, we're looking for an expert in adobe experience platform (aep) and adobe journey optimizer (ajo) to join our team as a martech/adobe manager.

responsibilities
* enhance integrations : strengthen and optimize integrations between adobe experience cloud solutions and other systems.
* technical documentation : create and maintain clear, detailed documentation to support technical teams and ensure knowledge transfer.
* problem solving : troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges related to martech integrations and custom features.
* innovation & enhancements : identify opportunities to improve existing martech integrations, design new features and coordinate proofs of concept.
* collaboration : work closely with front-end and back-end teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions across the marketing technology stack.
* opportunity detection: identifying possible opportunities to continue to grow globant's presence within clients portfolio
required qualifications
* adobe experience platform (aep): hands-on experience with data ingestion, schema/xdm design, audience segmentation and governance.
* adobe journey optimizer (ajo): ability to configure and orchestrate cross-channel customer journeys and personalization campaigns.
* adobe real-time cdp (rt-cdp): expertise in identity resolution, ingestion and audience activation.
* adobe target premium: experience designing and executing personalization, recommendations, a/b testing and multivariate
* software engineering: experience integrating platforms and apis and migrating complex custom features.
* full-stack collaboration: ability to collaborate with front-end and back-end teams with a solid grasp of how custom features and integrations are built and maintained.
* javascript, html, css: technical proficiency for tag implementation, web personalization, debugging and front-end customizations.
* business vision: ability to detect opportunities for growth
preferred qualifications
* adobe experience manager (aem): understanding of content management, personalization and integration with adobe stack is nice to have.
* databricks: experience building and optimizing data pipelines, data ingestion, and transformation to support marketing and analytics use cases.
* sql: strong skills in querying, validation, and optimization for marketing datasets.
