responsibilities
* develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using project management tools.
* coordinate with teams to ensure timely task completion and resource alignment.
* monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement contingency plans.
* maintain up-to-date project documentation and communication channels.
* conduct post-project reviews to identify improvements.
* plan material requirements based on production schedules.
* monitor inventory levels and resolve material-related issues.
* coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
* analyze mrp outputs and adjust planning parameters as needed.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, management, or related field
* at least 2-4 years of experience in project planning or management
* proficient in erp systems (oracle preferred), strong negotiation and communication skills, data analysis.
* strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
* knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
physical & environmental demands
* the role is primarily based in a manufacturing facility, requiring regular site visits and interaction with production teams.
* required to wear personal protective equipment (ppe) and adhere to safety protocols.
* the role involves extended periods of sitting in front of a computer.
* occasional standing or walking may be required during meetings, presentations, or site visits.
* work is primarily conducted in an office environment with controlled temperature and lighting.
