about the role
we are looking for a proactive and detail‐oriented marketing specialist (freelance / temporary) to join our marketing team. In this role, you will support the execution of marketing initiatives to promote kings & queens league products and campaigns.
this is a hands‐on position focused on implementing campaigns, coordinating assets, supporting content distribution, and tracking performance to help optimize results.
key responsibilities
* campaign execution: plan, execute, and manage multi‐channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, email, social media, etc.).
* market & trend research: conduct research on industry trends, audience insights, and competitors to support marketing decisions.
* content creation: collaborate with internal teams, creators, designers, and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
* analytics & reporting: monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and generate reports to inform decision‐making.
* lead generation: assist in lead generation efforts through email marketing, and other channels.
* collaboration: work closely with sales, content, and design teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals.
* budget tracking: support budget follow‐up and expense tracking when required.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role.
* understanding of digital marketing, including seo/sem, email marketing, and social media.
* excellent communication and writing skills.
* strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* analytical mindset with experience using data to drive marketing actions.
* creative and innovative thinker with attention to detail.
* fluent in spanish and english.
