responsibilities
* creating high-quality photorealistic interior visualizations, including renderings, animations, cinematics, real-time visuals, and 3d assets to support sales and marketing efforts.
* developing cg imagery and animations by managing layout, asset creation, lighting, texturing, pbr materials, workflows, and scene optimization.
* collaborating closely with internal and external partners—including art directors, producers, interior designers, and artists—within multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time.
* applying high- and low‑poly workflows, mapping techniques, and post‑production processes to ensure visual accuracy and performance.
* evaluating and resolving performance and optimization challenges across projects within the production pipeline.
* creating and maintaining documentation for technical pipelines, workflows, and reusable asset templates.
minimum qualifications
* bachelor’s degree preferred in architecture, animation, interior design, industrial design, or a related field.
* 1–2 years of professional experience in a similar 3d visualization or visualization‑focused role.
* proven experience creating high‑quality photorealistic renderings (portfolio or relevant work samples required).
* professional‑level english proficiency.
* professional experience using 3ds max + v‑ray and adobe photoshop.
desired skills and experience
* experience creating 3d content ranging from individual assets to full photorealistic environments for rendering and animation.
* experience working with generative ai tools in creative or visualization workflows.
* experience using after effects and/or davinci resolve for animation or post‑production (preferred).
* ability to create realistic, high‑quality 3d models and materials with a strong eye for architectural composition.
* demonstrated ownership of the technical visualization process, showing creativity, independence, and attention to detail.
* ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize work effectively, and perform well under time constraints.
* strong communication skills across visual, written, and verbal formats, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote and cross‑functional teams.
* willingness to explore, learn, and adopt new software tools and production processes.
