Responsibilities for offshore warehouse clerk:
* responsible for offshore warehouses on rigs, inventories and execution of day-to-day material control activities ensuring on time delivery to final users and requesters.
* responsible for inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts on monthly basis, appropriate storage and preservation on rigs. Ensure stock levels covering operational needs.
* communicates with logistics and warehouse onshore team to coordinate inbound/outbound shipments. Manifest preparations and consolidation together with rig logistic supervisor.
* perform material reception from onshore, allocate materials into warehouses onboard, document control responsible (signed manifest, certificates, etc...)
* communicate regularly and proactively with maintenance planners and supervisors onboard tracking status of shipments and materials request.
* addressing any logistical issues, delays and/or disruptions to ensure operations remain unaffected regarding material movements.
* preparing reports on warehouse operations, material movements including inventory levels to warehouse & shore base manager and oim.
* promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, comply with all applicable safety and environmental procedures/regulations onboard.
profile:
* bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in warehouse operation offshore (desirable)
* experience using warehouse management software, oracle and ifs, preferred.
* knowledge of microsoft office including word, excel, outlook, powerpoint and adobe acrobat.
* detail oriented mindset with an ability to identify and respond to issues as they arise.
* ability to work strategically and collaboratively across areas and within a growing organization.
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* strong clients focus, outstanding judgment, critical thinking and analytical skills.
* bi-lingual english/spanish is required.
* availability to work on 21-day shifts.
