This is a hybrid role: requires working 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis

cca's service operations is the organization responsible for supporting gm's global dealer network with tools and equipment, technician training and warranty administration. In addition, this organization is responsible for helping to identify product quality concerns. This role is responsible for ensuring continuous improvement, effective delivery, customer retention and profitability in service operations. Performs observations, assessments, interviews and analysis to provide key insights to dealership leadership on their performance and areas in which they can improve.

*additional job description*:

- function as a central america & caribbean district manager: be a liaison between gm and their dealerships/independent aftermarket dealers in the central america & caribbean region, to ensure monthly/annual sales targets and service objectives.
- monitoring compliance on service indicators and parts purchases in each country.
- assist dealer service and parts operation in the ordering, selling, and purchasing, focused on customer retention and customer satisfaction.
- negotiation of parts sales objectives with acdelco and gm channel distributors.
- implementation and development of commercial strategies for the gmcc region (marketing initiatives, customer retention programs, special discounts per product line, promotions, launch of commercial programs)
- responsibility for the administration of the distribution agreements that exist between general motors and its acdelco dealers.
- prepare reports and presentations related to parts and service for the region (monthly sales report by dealer, ship direct report, rdcc performance report, weekly sales forecast, data sharing, customer retention, csi survey).

*required qualifications*:

- bachelor’s degree: business, engineering or similar.
- required experience in similar position: from 3 - 5 years.
- english level: advanced.
- this position requires to travel, a valid american visa and passport is required.
