what youll do
* develop and execute an affiliate marketing strategy that aligns with our brand goals.
* identify, recruit, and engage potential new affiliates and influencers who align with our brand.
* manage and strengthen relationships with existing affiliates and influencer partners.
* monitor affiliate and influencer campaign performance and optimize based on insights.
* collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials for affiliate and influencer use.
* organize and oversee affiliate events and influencer activations.
* ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory guidelines related to affiliate and influencer marketing.
* analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
* provide regular reporting and feedback on affiliate program success to senior management.
* participate in daily stand-up meetings, promptly addressing any issues to facilitate swift resolution and maintain project momentum.

* bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, public relations, influencer marketing, or a related field.
