pro psychological analysis (ppa) partners with immigration law firms across the united states, delivering trauma-informed psychological evaluations that improve approval rates and reduce rfes. We are in a high-growth phase and expanding our senior team.

senior business development & digital growth specialist
— someone who can combine b2b sales, digital marketing strategy, and long-cycle relationship building in a complex, high-demand niche.

ppa is a national leader in immigration-focused psychological evaluations. We operate at scale across all 50 u.s. states, with a network of licensed psychologists and a streamlined clinical workflow built specifically for humanitarian visa cases. Our current volume is
200+ evaluations per month
, and we are strategically scaling to
1,000+ monthly evaluations
over the next 12–18 months.

this role is a key driver in that expansion — not by carrying the load alone, but by helping us grow our network of law firms, optimize digital acquisition funnels, and increase recurring volume from new partners.

what you will do
b2b sales & law firm acquisition

* prospect immigration law firms through linkedin sales navigator, instagram, email, networking, and direct outreach
* build and manage a structured outbound pipeline
* conduct discovery calls and product demos
* present ppa's value proposition clearly and persuasively
* follow up consistently in long-cycle b2b sales
* close and onboard new law firm partners

digital growth & marketing

* build and optimize digital lead-generation funnels
* manage meta, linkedin, and retargeting campaigns
* develop content that positions ppa as a category authority
* track metrics and adjust quickly to drive conversions
* align marketing efforts with revenue growth objectives

master a highly specialized product

you will quickly learn:

* humanitarian visa categories (vawa, u-visa, t-visa, asylum, hardship)
* why psychological evaluations reduce rfes
* trauma-informed language
* differences between clinical and forensic assessment
* uscis adjudication patterns

you must be able to speak to attorneys with confidence and clarity.

relationship management

* maintain long-term relationships with partner law firms
* support firms to increase their monthly volume
* strengthen retention and recurring revenue
* act as their primary point of contact

impact & first-year goals

ppa is scaling aggressively, and with the right senior hire, we expect to grow from
200+ monthly evaluations
to
1,000+ per month
within 12–18 months.

your role contributes directly to:

* expanding our network of partner firms
* improving digital acquisition systems
* increasing activation and retention rates
* building predictable monthly recurring revenue

as ppa grows, your own portfolio — and your recurring commission — scales with it.

who you are

* 3–5+ years b2b sales experience (non-negotiable)
* strong digital marketing experience (funnels, campaigns, analytics)
* confident communicator who can learn complex information quickly
* persistent: you don't fold at the first "no"
* organized, self-driven, and capable of independent execution
* comfortable speaking with attorneys and decision-makers
* based in
mexico city
, or willing to be here for onboarding

work modality (important)

this is
not
a remote role.

* first 60 days:
in-person onboarding in mexico city (non-negotiable)
* after onboarding:
hybrid — remote work + scheduled strategy days with the founder

we will only consider candidates who can be physically present during ramp-up.

compensation
base salary:

30,000 mxn/month

60-day launch draw (financial runway):

50,000 mxn/month
for the first 60 days

the additional 20,000/month is a
recoverable draw
, meaning:

* we pay you extra during onboarding
* when you start closing deals, your commissions automatically repay the draw
* you never pay out of pocket
* high performers clear it quickly and move into full commission stacking

recurring commission:

2.5% recurring commission
on all evaluations from the firms you personally sign

each evaluation is
$1,000 usd
, so commissions are
$25 usd per eval
, every month.

as ppa scales toward 1,000 evaluations/month, your earning potential grows accordingly.

kpis & continuation after the 60-day draw

you must demonstrate:

* consistent outbound activity
* weekly attorney meetings
* strong pipeline development
* clear product mastery
* 1–2 signed law firms by month two
(depending on volume)
* visible movement in digital growth efforts

we look for speed of learning, effort, and measurable progress.
