* establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients and accounts.
* conduct in-depth market analysis, including competition, category trends, pricing, and consumer
* behavior, to support data-driven decision-making.
* negotiate and collaborate with the brand manager to define and achieve sales objectives.
* identify new business opportunities as well as potential risks that may impact relationships or numerical
* targets.
* develop and implement growth strategies to expand brand distribution.
* continuously update distribution data and market insights to optimize performance.
qualifications
* sales, marketing, and negotiation skills
* experience in business development and account management
* strong communication and interpersonal skills
* ability to work independently and in a team
* knowledge of the retail industry is a plus
* bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
* fluency in english
* gross annual salary: $50,000 – $60,000 mxn
