The assistant manager will be in charge of assisting on managing tasks, project management, team organization and provide support for studio director in production, scheduling and communication.

manage projects of intermediate-high complexity, or greater depending on the team’s needs and pms capabilities, according to the clients’ needs.
organize material and deadlines with in-house team & freelancers.
communicate production and planning to in-house team & freelancers according to the deadline set for each file/project.
compile and send clear instructions according to each clients’ requests.
receive and verify files according to the standards.
update internal trackers, including feedback for each freelancer based on their performance per project.
register all the necessary information depending on the workflow in different shared tools within departments.
complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor
