- education: bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, communications and electronics engineering, project management, or related fields.
- more than 3 years of experience as: service delivery manager, managed services, itil v3/v4.
- minimum 2 years of experience in financial management.
- english spanish bilingual - capable of having techincal conversations.
- proven experience in managing projects related to: data center, contact center,
- security, cloud services, infrastructure, it, field services.
- advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall, agile scrum).
- proficient in office, excel, and project.
- knowledge of cisco technologies.
- experience using collaboration tools (webex, teams, google meet).
- personnel management experience.
- high ability to build strong client relationships.
- proven advanced english, capable of conducting business communications.
- availability to travel and work on weekends.
- desirable: mba, business intelligence, jira, clickup, monday, trello, project management certifications.
*main responsibilities*
- comprehensive development of the project plan including: timelines, task assignments, budget management, resource allocation, and monitoring of the different phases of the project.
- project follow-up using the methodology requested by the client, as well as the use of corresponding technological tools (waterfall, agile scrum, hybrid).
- execution of sessions: internal and external kickoff events, coordination of multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, logistics coordination, and acting as a key element in the internal communication flow (work teams) and with the client.
- strategic execution in contract management/analysis, financial supervision, cash flow control (sold vs. invoiced), budget/cost/deviation control, profit margins, income statements, billing cycle follow-up (timely and accurate), and collections control.
- management of contract modifications, extensions, and renewals, account growth, in collaboration with the legal and commercial teams.
- monitoring revenue control and profitability of each assigned project, ensuring alignment with the organization’s financial objectives, presenting appropriate reports to senior management (internal), and generating the project documentation base.
- participation in internal training processes related to the position, providing mentoring/coaching to direct reports, and participating in the professional development plan led by operations management.
- establish constant and direct interaction with the client (on premise) as the main point of contact, with the objective of maintaining strong relationships and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and the client’s core business objectives, ensuring timely and quality delivery of services/products, as well as transition to internal support teams when applicable for managed services.
