knowledge:
minimum 2–3 years of experience in the manufacturing and/or medical industry.
knowledge of engineering change order (eco) implementation.
experience with documentation management and change control.
knowledge of iq/oq/pq validations.
experience with line balancing, process capability (cpk), doe, and data analysis.
knowledge of continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies.
ability to follow up and close multiple activities simultaneously.
knowledge of manufacturing, assembly, and process automation.
skills and requirements:
bachelor's degree in mechanical, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or related field.
intermediate to advanced english proficiency.
valid u.s. visa and availability to travel when required (fats)
highly organized with strong attention to detail.
ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
