key responsibilities
* partner with clients to define and document their data integration needs.
* educate clients on data requirements, formats, and best practices.
* data integration & validation:
* support clients in extracting and validating data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
* conduct detailed analysis of initial data sets, addressing discrepancies proactively.
* technical configuration & automation:
* build and optimize sql queries, and api requests, and configure internal tools.
* design scripts and workflows to automate routine data extraction processes.
* provide technical insights during pre-sales to demonstrate how onebeat’s solutions align with client needs.
* deliver ongoing support to ensure successful solution implementation and adoption.
requirements
tech skills & qualifications
* 4+ years in technical roles like tam, data analyst, or developer.
* proficiency in sql, scripting (python/ ruby), and data processing.
* experience with apis, erp, and bi applications.
* familiarity with yaml, json, erps, databases, and etl data pipelines.
* bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, industrial and management or related fields.
* fluent in spanish and english
* 3+ years in client-facing roles providing technical support, consultancy, solutions or account management.
* ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders effectively.
