The main responsibilities are to:
* Lead the design and implementation of the AP area.
* Develop and execute the business case, transition roadmap, and timeline for AP migration.
* Ensure seamless knowledge transfer and process standardization.
* Oversee end-to-end AP processes:
o Invoice booking
o Invoice exception handling
o Vendor payments
o Full P2P cycle within an SSC environment
* Manage a hybrid environment with multiple ERP systems (SAP + other platforms).
* Build and scale the AP team.
* Partner with U.S.-based stakeholders (strong English communication required).
* Act as a key liaison across Finance, Operations, and Global teams.
* Travel (primarily to the U.S.) as needed during transition phases.
More than 5 years of experience managing AP in an international SSC.Experience migrating AP operations to Mexico.
A successful AP Manager should have:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience leading Accounts Payable.
* Proven experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) environment.
* Demonstrated success building and transforming AP operations from scratch.
* Experience managing teams of 10-20 employees.
* Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes (invoice booking, invoice exception handling, vendor payment and full P2P cycle).
* Advanced English is mandatory.
