responsibilities:
* manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for various departments, with a strong focus on front-office and technical roles
* partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure efficient and timely hiring processes
* coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees
* maintain and update employee records in hr systems and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations
* support the performance management process and assist in implementing employee development plans
* provide guidance on hr policies, procedures, and best practices to managers and employees
* participate in developing and implementing hr strategies aligned with business goals
* assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events
* support payroll preparation by providing relevant data and working closely with the finance department
* contribute to internal hr projects and ensure timely delivery of assigned initiatives.

ideal profile
requirements:
* fluency in spanish (c1) and proficiency in english (b2). Fluency in portuguese will be considered as an advantage
* bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline
* proven experience as an hr manager, hr generalist or hr specialist, within the fx industry
* hands-on experience in recruitment, with a solid understanding of sourcing techniques and hiring best practices
* knowledge of local labor legislation and hr best practices
* strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
* excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* high level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
* proficiency in ms office and hris systems
