A- s part of pmc engineering group, you will be one among the team designing & sustaining portable gas detectors b- e able to work in multidisciplinary team perform electronics system development, schematic design, circuit simulation, detailed design, working with regulatory agencies, verification testing & interfacing with cross functional teams while meeting the requirements.c- oordinate team efforts of interdisciplinary engineers (mechanical, firmware, ecad, evaluation) for design of product and potential risk identification.p- erform design analysis results (stress, tolerance, error budgeting, timing, power etc) and provide technical expertise for design trade off.d- esign the electrical architecture of sil2 iec * product considering the usability, functionality, regulatory and compliance aspects w- ork with operations and supply chain to ensure manufacturability of the product and participate in production test equipment development and design transfer activities.a- aintain high quality documentation of the entire design as required by quality organization.p- erform hands-on work in the lab, as required.y*ou must have b*- .
s/ m.s in electronics engineering / 3 to 5 years of experience h- ands on experience with micro processor based systems, analog & digital system design, power supply design and interfacing with sensors.e- xperience in end-to-end qualification testing for compliance and solving emi issues to meet the required standards.in-depth knowledge of standards such as iec *, iec * etc m- inimum two complete product development life cycle experience (initiation, poc, design validation, launch and post release maintenance).
a- bility to automate data acquisition tasks with pc software like labview or python g- ood knowledge of various communication protocols such as usb, ddr, sgmii, hdmi, spi, and i2c.exposure to wireless interfaces like wifi and ble h- ands on experience with circuits design and error budgeting.ability to statistically analyse data with software tools like ms excel/matlab/minitab- w*e value g*- ood understanding of optical spectroscopy, laser-spectroscopy based gas detection a- bility to develop embedded programs in c-language k- nowledge of six sigma principles in product design & development.p- refer working experience with analog sensor signal conditioning circuits with micro-controllers / processor integration iec * / iec * standard awareness for product design like pfd / hft.
