*what you’ll do*:
- lead and oversee the delivery of end-to-end recruitment solutions for our clients across the latam region, ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction.
- manage and coordinate multiple client accounts, aligning the delivery of recruitment projects with client expectations and business goals.
- lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.
- develop and implement processes, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery efficiency and quality.
- build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including client leadership, to understand their evolving talent needs and provide strategic insights.
- monitor kpis and service levels, ensuring slas are met or exceeded, and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
- collaborate with internal teams and regional/global leadership to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in talent delivery.
*you’ll be someone who can bring*:
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment delivery, or project management, with relevant experience supporting the latam region.
- proven leadership experience managing and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- strong understanding of recruitment processes, best practices, and industry standards across latam markets.
- excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- experience working with ats platforms, reporting tools, and hris systems.
- a strategic mindset with the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- fluency in english, spanish, and portuguese spoken and written.
