Knowledge and skills
•Drive actions to improve all operational metrics: Safety, PPM's and productivity
•Time Studies and Work center productivity analysis.
•Standard work and Visual aids creation and follow up.
•Review opportunities to improve uptime.
•Coach employees (IDL's, DL's).
•Evaluate ways to eliminate waste in the work centers to maximize efficiency.
•Problem solving participating and coaching.
•Cost reduction projects.
•Layout improvement
Job Requirements
•BS Degree, in Engineering, Mechanics, Industrial, Electronic or similar.
•Experience in manufacturing environment
•+4 years of experience in similar position
•Expertise on Lean manufacturing methodologies.
•Exposure to product design, project/team leadership
•Capacity Analysis
•Engineering Runs and validations
•TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
•Ability to travel to the US
•Availability to work on weekends.
•Must possess an ability to work autonomously and take the initiative with little to no direction at times. But must also be highly collaborative in working with the organization.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office packages and AutoCAD.
•English Fluency, bilingual is a plus.
