*what you'll do*:
- act as the primary contact for web-based solar and home battery digital leads.
- initiate outbound text messages to current and prospective customers in order to generate interest in our products and services.
- record customer information and correspondence details accurately in salesforce.
- communicate effectively and politely while adhering to established processes and procedures.
- explain baker electric home energy products and financing solutions to customers, including features and benefits, with confidence.
- transfer chats to the behe care team on occasion and accurately explain customer concerns.
- familiarity with working with multiple systems simultaneously
- willing to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends.
- constantly collaborate with management to improve processes.
- attending company events and representing the baker electric home energy customer care team
