belcan méxico is seeking an administrative intern to support day-to-day operations across hr, facilities/security coordination, and general administration in a highly technical environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to multiple business support functions and is ideal for students seeking practical experience while completing their degree.
key responsibilities:
* schedule and coordinate security/orientation/welcome trainings.
* maintain digital and hard-copy records (including safety/security documentation) with high
accuracy.
* perform clerical tasks (typing, scanning, filing) and data entry for structured databases and forms.
* support onboarding logistics for new hires (documentation, checklists, scheduling).
* maintain employee files in accordance with policy and data-privacy requirements.
* assist with employee engagement events (planning, setup, communications).
* process visitor requests and support facility access monitoring.
* perform other related duties as assigned.
required qualifications
* currently pursuing a bachelor"s degree in administration, human resources, or a related field.
* proficiency with microsoft office (excel, outlook, word) and accurate data entry.
* familiarity with entering data into structured forms or database fields.
* strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
* clear written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.
* bilingual (spanish/english) - intermediate or higher proficiency.
preferred qualifications & skills:
* experience with document control or hris tools (e.g., sharepoint, teams, google drive, hr platforms).
* knowledge of basic accounting/clerical support (invoicing, receipts, reimbursements).
