maximize your skills and expertise by becoming deeply familiar with the contract scope of work, specifications, schedule and all inter-discipline requirements; including identifying concerns as early as practicable and taking appropriate initiatives to address the issues.
* develop key project deliverables, including:
o create high-quality conceptual, feed, studies, and detail design drawings ensuring clarity and ease of construction.
o generate 3d models and ensure clash-free designs with other disciplines.
o ensure design deliverables are completed and issued per project specifications, mdr and project level 2 & 3 procedures, within agreed schedules.
* set priorities, organize work and time to meet objectives, and forecast resource requirements.
* lead projects, engaging participation of other disciplines, coordinating activities within own discipline interfaces.
* plan, organize and direct discipline execution on assigned projects, including scope, deliverables, schedule and manpower resources.
* maintain responsibility for progress and productivity, identifying required corrective action.
* act as project-based discipline point of contact in communications and meetings with project team, customer, vendor/supplier and/or subcontractor counterparts; and relevant agencies.
