Responsibilitiesrevenue engine owner – keep calendars full: book 240+ discovery calls and 120+ strategy demo calls per month by generating high-quality leadsplan and manage 2x/month high-ticket webinars — from finding guests to building funnels to managing the post-campaign reportingoptimize sales messaging: email sequences, snippets, and crm flowspartner with marketing to create full-funnel visibility and alignmentdrive innovative, data-backed strategies to consistently increase booked callsdesign smart sales incentives that actually drive results
sales ops extraordinaire – build systems that scale: maintain and optimize hubspot crm like a total bossorganize sales data, unlock actionable insights, and drive team effectivenessown backend onboarding & payment processing for closed dealstrack incoming revenue & payment plans; keep our cash flow tracker tightmonitor sales kpis and help steer strategic decisions based on what the data saysensure the team follows consistent processes (and help upgrade them!)
