* represent the commercial voice in multidisciplinary project teams and influence decisions in areas such as quality, engineering, and logistics.
* collaborate with internal departments to develop tailored proposals and quotations.
the ideal candidate will have a background in injection moulding and/or the automotive sector and be confident working with international stakeholders. They must also enjoy combining strategy with hands-on execution and thrive in a results-oriented, cross-cultural environment.
key responsibilities:
* drive regional growth: identify and engage new business opportunities that align with the company's capabilities.
* account ownership: develop and implement account strategies that align client objectives with internal business goals. Serve as the primary commercial contact and project lead.
* sales project leadership: represent the commercial voice in multidisciplinary project teams. Influence decisions in areas such as quality, engineering, and logistics.
* quotations & proposals: analyze customer requests and collaborate with internal departments to develop tailored proposals.
* candidate retention & expansion: deepen relationships with existing clients through proactive value delivery and strategic account development.
* market & data insight: monitor sales performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
* crm management: track pipeline and activities using salesforce or similar crm tools.
* reporting: maintain close communication with the european sales leader and coordinate operationally with the mexico-based production site.
requirements:
* background in injection moulding and/or the automotive sector.
* confident working with international stakeholders.
* ability to combine strategy with hands-on execution.
