- *strategic sales planning*: develop and execute a comprehensive storyy sales strategy to achieve and surpass revenue goals, focusing on high-value clients and strategic partnerships.
- *lead generation & prospecting*: identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, targeted outreach, and effective lead generation techniques, both online and offline.
- *needs analysis & consultative selling*: conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients, understanding their specific business goals and challenges, and tailoring our video and social media solutions to meet their needs.
- *value proposition & presentation*: articulate the storyy value proposition of our services, demonstrating a clear understanding of our offerings and how they benefit clients, while using engaging sales presentations.
- *relationship management*:build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, and creating positive associations with the storyy brand for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- *sales process mastery*:manage the entire storyy sales cycle from initial contact to close, demonstrating a strong understanding of sales processes, including proposal development, negotiation, and contract closing.
- *market & competitive intelligence*: stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings, using this information to refine storyy's sales strategies and gain a competitive advantage.
- *collaboration & communication*: work closely with internal teams (marketing, video production, social media) to ensure seamless delivery of client projects and effective internal communication.

*qualifications & skills*:
- *experience*: minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in a digital marketing or tech company, with a strong focus on video creation and social media management.
- *sales skills*: demonstrated success in lead generation, consultative selling, relationship management, and closing deals.
- *technical skills*: proficient with crm software, video conferencing platforms, and other sales technology.
- *communication*: excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- *strategic thinking*: ability to think strategically, plan effectively, and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- *client focus*:a client-centric approach with a proven ability to understand and anticipate client needs.
- *networking*:strong ability to network effectively, build relationships, and leverage industry contacts.
