Role description:
as a production designer at sermo, you will be part of the creative team ensuring campaign success within the sermo platform for all clients. You will create design concepts following brand guidelines and support the client success team in developing ad campaigns, always creatively meeting client needs.
working alongside the design manager and creative director, you will also support the creation and execution of marketing communication materials such as infographics, internal communication materials, and marketing collateral.
key deliverables of the role:
1. support and collaborate with the client success team on building ad mockups for clients on our platform.
2. create supporting advertising media for the marketing team (e.g., banner ads, infographics).
3. produce design assets for different types of channels.
4. ensure quality and adherence to graphic and branding standards.
essential qualifications and experience required:
1. 1-3 years of experience in design, advertising, or related field.
2. bachelor’s degree in graphic/digital design or information design.
3. excellent written and verbal communication skills in english.
4. knowledge of design principles and methods.
5. ability to interpret and effectively apply brand guidelines.
6. familiarity with current design trends and an understanding of web-based/digital technologies.
7. portfolio of creative work.
8. a natural sense of design and composition.
role specific technical skills or knowledge:
* adobe creative suite (illustrator, photoshop, indesign, after effects).
* figma.
* experience with html & css is a plus.
* microsoft office.
