what you bring
experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service
strong english communication skills (written and verbal)
excellent organization and multitasking abilities
tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems
ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
