Project coordinator role summary
we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team in managing and coordinating projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of derivative, productivity, and product projects.
key responsibilities:
* coordinate project activities and manage resources
* analyze and report on key performance indicators
* provide support to teams in analyzing engineering change notices
* review resource allocation reports and provide insights to management
* collaborate with data management organization to complete master data tasks
* meet regularly with stakeholders to review program progress and provide assistance where needed
* lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project practices and standards
* ensure utilization of standardized tools and reporting formats
* protect company reputation by maintaining confidentiality
* maintain professional knowledge through education and professional networks
* contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks and participating on projects as needed
requirements:
* bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 1 or more years of project coordination or related experience
* demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, facilitation, organization, and people skills, ability to perform independently, strong written and verbal presentation communication skills, and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
