the role
we are looking for a people systems analyst to join our people operations team. In this role, you will be the primary support lead for system troubleshooting and day-to-day administration of our core hris, hibob, with a focus on supporting our north american team. Working in close partnership with our people systems specialist, you will assist with system audits, configurations, and the ongoing improvement of our hr technology. Beyond core maintenance, you will be a key contributor to cross-functional projects, helping maintain high data integrity to support informed business decisions across the company.
what you'll do
system support & maintenance:
provide daily technical support by managing the hris ticket queue and assisting north american users with routine system inquiries and troubleshooting
design support:
assist the people systems specialist in auditing current system configurations and documenting requirements for future scalability and improvements
workflow maintenance:
assist in the configuration and monitoring of business processes within hibob to ensure hr workflows remain efficient and accurate.
total rewards & project support:
provide administrative support for key people cycles, including annual compensation reviews and performance management, through data preparation and system audits.
reporting & data requests:
build and update standard reports and dashboards to provide leadership with accurate, timely people data.
system testing & quality:
conduct end-to-end testing for system updates and biannual hibob releases to verify data integrity and compliance before go-live.
documentation:
maintain up-to-date end-user guides and training materials to help employees and managers navigate hibob effectively.
requirements
experience:
1–3 years of hands-on experience in an hris/people systems role, preferably as an analyst.
technical skills:
administrative experience with hibob or a similar modern hris (e.g., workday, bamboohr, or ukg), including system configuration and reporting tools.
analytical ability:
proven ability to build and interpret complex reports to deliver data-driven insights.
hr knowledge:
a strong understanding of core hr concepts like hcm, compensation, and performance management.
attention to detail:
exceptional accountability regarding data integrity and system configuration accuracy.
communication:
excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
education:
a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
