- hardware such as switches routers media types
- protocols and services such as osi model ipv4 ipv6 name resolutions networking services
- tcpip security fundamentals
- user authentication permissions password policies audit policies encryption cryptography

- use of firewalls checkpoint nap network isolation security protocols security appliance and software professional skills proven ability to work independently and as a team member
