Our client is looking for a partnership & business development manager to join their team in mexico city, mexico. The individual will focus on high energy with experience to develop and explore business opportunities with partners. You will assist the company to build up a strong relationship with local brands to help the game in the cross-industry promotion and esports collaboration. The professional main responsibilities will be:
* identify possible partners and evaluate cross-industry business opportunities for garena products
* in charge of the whole communication process with external partners, from sourcing for possible candidate companies to closing the deals
* work closely with diverse roles inside companies to initiate the deal content beneficial for both parties
* collaborate with the internal finance and legal teams to optimize the deal structure
* maintain a deep understanding and current awareness of the esports, gaming and entertainment industry
education, experience, and skills required:
* at least 3 years of experience as the marketing or business development roles in the retail industry
* a natural networker with contacts across agencies and major commercial partners
* have the ability to enter negotiations fully informed about internal considerations, knowing how to navigate the situation to best settle differences and, ideally, win concessions
* passion about the gaming industry in latam is a plus
* proficient in spoken and written english
