what you'll be doing
* document mastery: review, analyze, and accurately extract crucial information from complex commercial lines insurance documents.
* precision & speed: complete all document reviews and data extraction with high accuracy and ensure tasks are delivered to account managers in a timely manner.
* client relations: maintain and foster excellent relationships with clients through proactive, real-time, and professional client-facing communication.
* team support: act as the essential back-office support that enables our account managers to excel.

* experience: minimum 1 year of proven experience in a call center or back office environment.
* work style: organizational skills, high level of detail orientation, and a strong sense of urgency.
compensation & schedule
* weekly pay: $4,701 per week
* work location: onsite (backoffice/customer service)
* work days: monday to friday
* schedule (confirming exact hours upon interview):
* monday, tuesday, wednesday: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
* thursday and friday: please note the unusual shift time (7:00 pm to 4:00 pm) will be clarified during the interview process.
* weekends off: enjoy your saturday and sunday
