Position title: sales representative b2b (staffing & recruitment services)position overview:location: remote (any place in mexico)schedule: full-time, monday to friday (9:00 am – 6:00 pm), weekends off.reports to: head of operationswe are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused sales representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong b2b sales experience in the staffing, recruitment, or hr services industry, who can build lasting relationships with clients across the u.s. and canada.as a sales representative, you will be responsible for managing the discovery to closing and post-sale account management. You’ll represent our remote recruitment solutions, helping clients in north america find and hire top talent in mexico and latam. This role requires excellent communication skills, consultative selling abilities, and a proactive approach to client engagement.key responsibilities:- conduct research prior to sales calls to understand the client's business, industry, and hiring needs.
- present our recruitment and staffing services in a consultative, solutions-oriented manner.
- manage the full sales pipeline: discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close.
- build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients by staying responsive to their evolving needs.
- act as the main point of contact for your accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- collaborate closely with the head of operations to provide updates on lead status, pipeline progress, and client feedback.
- keep crm (hubspot) updated with accurate notes, activities, and follow-ups.skills and qualifications:- advanced or native-level english (spoken and written).
- 4+ years of experience in b2b sales, preferably selling staffing, recruitment, or hr-related services.
- proven experience working with clients in the u.s. or canada, ideally in a consultative sales role.
- strong understanding of the sales process and ability to manage the entire sales cycle.
- experience with crm tools like hubspot, salesforce, or apollo.
- strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and accounts simultaneously.
- comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.
- based in mexico and able to work aligned with north american time zones.
