Responsibilities
- Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
- Talent recruitment, confirm business needs and build a team.
- Responsible for the management of expatriate personnel with the group
- Other work arranged by the leader.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Local HR experience in Mexico, proficiency in spoken Chinese. English or Spanish is preferred
- Have good professional ethics, communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, team work spirit
