- Job Purpose- Responsible for development, implementation, maintenance, and effectiveness monitoring of the Quality Management System of the Tijuana site in accordance with the applicable standards, both internal and those established by customers and / or applicable regulations. The Quality Manager is also responsible for leading and directing process improvement initiatives, facilitating, and leading team efforts to establish and monitor customer-supplier relationships, support strategic planning initiatives and their implementation, and develop measurement systems to determine organizational improvement. Likewise, the Quality Manager should be able to motivate and evaluate staff, manage projects and human resources, analyze financial situations, determine / evaluate risks, and employ knowledge management tools and techniques to solve organizational challenges.- Responsibilities-
