as a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer financials, actuals, forecasting, outlook, plan, ti cost, ti products, and fixed assets. You will work closely with the cti bp&a head to ensure that all financial procedures are followed.
key responsibilities:
* manage cti financial recoveries and reporting
* reporting intercompany charges
* reporting costs of tandem & unisys platform
* reporting cost of middleware components
* reporting cost of p&l projects
* reporting financials fixed assets ti
* follow up ti products cost
* work alongside ti global team
* participate in global forums of ti
* cti allocation processing and monthly variance explanation
* provide customers of cti mexico explanations of the cti charges
* provide global product managers with information and explanation of variances regarding their products in mexico
* extract and understand accounting and financial information from the systems for report making
* taylor and make from scratch executive automated excel reports
* challenge accounting to verify compliance with expense policies, investigate and align accounting when necessary
* proactively search for different stakeholders to gather relevant financial information for forecasting purposes
* presentation of relevant financial results to local and global stakeholders
* act as financial partner and liaison with different groups to provide visibility on cti expense and gather meaningful insight
* make and maintain projects forecast, outlook and plan
* revise project ieps and provide feedback when necessary
* keep and manage large databases containing historical information
required skills and qualifications
we are looking for a candidate with more than 2 years of banking experience, particularly in the it segment. A basic understanding of project management is also required. Knowledge of us gaap reporting principles, experience in forecasting, monitoring and budget control, and knowledge of it concepts are highly valued. Deep knowledge of corporate financial reporting systems, citibanamex taxonomy, and experience managing large databases are also essential. Expertise in microsoft excel and proficiency in ms are must-haves.
